Professional Focus
I am a self-motivated and results-driven IT professional, working in multidisciplinary IT fields since 1999. I am confident and able to work under pressure in a responsible way whilst working as a part of team or alone.
My Research
This research was related to the protection and sharing of semantically-enabled electronic laboratory notebook (ELN, i.e. Semantic Metadata) in a distributed co-laboratory research environment. The ELN enables the modeller to record the provenance (metadata) electronically (in RDF Triples) from its creation to the final curation. I worked on a novel ELN DRBAC (Dynamic Role Based Access Control) mechanism that applied on different scenarios which were developed with the close co-ordination of the atmospheric chemistry community, working on the EUROCHAMP-2 project. This project involves fourteen environment chambers across the Europe. The scientific goal of this community is to better understand the chemical processes controlling air quality and climate through the use of an integrated network of atmospheric simulation chambers.
